具体生活化+ 提问法开头：

Crimes like kidnap, blackmail, fraud, pickpocket, robbery, murder, when associated with our daily life, shock people to the core. But should all criminals be put into prison for what they did, regardless of this motivation or purpose? Or what if a 19-year-old pickpocket is put in the same jail with a serial killer? Is communicative service effective enough to rehabilitate those criminals? In this essay, I would analyze the pros and cons of imprisonment and prove why it is still a widely acknowledged punishment for criminals.

具体事例法：

In the autumn of 2008, a special case swept whole China. 事例1In this case, an old lady killed a young man who broke into her house at midnight. Should this old lady be put into prison, together with other killers or robbers? Truly, I doubt the sensibility of this approach, believing that the punishment should be made according to motivation and circumstances. 事例2 In this case, a drunk driver drove his race car wildly on the road, rolling over 5 people successively, even including a pregnant woman and a 5-year-old boy. Should we forgive him just because he did not commit this grave accident intentionally? Can Community service make him genuinely sober thereafter? Personally, imprisonment is the best way to ensure the social security and the best comfort to the victims.
