该不该给学生无条件批改作文

 Question:The writing lectures from IELTS(shortcut for WLFI) should get a non-payment from criticizing students' compositions or not?To what extend  you agree?
    The white-hot debate over the students like the compositions are representative of type of questions raised concerning value in getting payment that affect the WLFI's salary.
    Those WLFIs are all deligent people, they use their spare time to give many students literacy training and etc.They had answered various of different type of questions during their lectures.Even they still have a lot of patientence to slove students problem when class finished.The lectures of whom are teaching writings is distinguish from other type of lectures.Some people enthusiastically in writing compositions,they want  their lecture can criticize it.Sometimes the lecture maybe very busy such as daily conference,discussion and so on,they forgot to give the student answer.To those people they show their anger,they decried lectures' honorary instead.But being as some smart student,they will put down their anxious mood and  kindly remind the lecture to answer it in the following day.They show enough respective to their lectures.From the mention aboved, i think for those WLFI should get a payment when criticizing students' compositions,because that was what they should deserved.
    Although there are a lot of useful words & expressions to descibe the lectures,there still be a problem.To those student of which kind of with passion in writing,if the lecture did not give back the students' evaluation in time.that will be a huge strike to them.They may feel upset and with a gloomy mood.They should suffered their disappiontment to the second day.What a pity!Another reason is student paid already in their tuditions when they come to your class,so you should help them with a payment-free.There is no reason for you to ask for an another extra-fee.Last we are not willing to just recite what you give us such as models.We want to improve our true abilities not like a such kind of what you prepared.You have bondaged our imagination space.We need survival,language is used for communicating not for reciting,we will use english for chatting in our future.Thats the fundamantal of languages of which except chinese as our mother language as we studied before.To this content i agreed the topic displayed,they should get  a non-payment when criticizing students compositions.
    Generally speaking, teacher being as a kind of repective job,we should give more understood to those teachers.With my best regardness to those people.Compare to both sides, i think lectures still should get payment when criticizing students compositions when they are free.
